脑淀粉样血管病临床特征和影像学研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 脑淀粉样血管病(cerebral amyloid angiopathy,CAA)是脑小血管病最常见的类型之一,随着磁共振新技术、正电子发射断层摄影术和脑脊液生物标志物的拓展[1],近年来关于CAA的研究获得了长足的进展。本文就近年来CAA的临床特征及影像学研究进展作一综述,以进一步提高对本病的认识和关注。
