摘要
重点研究铁路行业BIM标准和造价标准在模型构建上的一致性,探讨实现模型基础标准一体化的可行性。通过应用文献调查和对比分析的方法,调查铁路行业BIM技术和应用软件在工程造价管理方面中的应用情况,分析目前阶段BIM应用在铁路工程造价领域的不足,对比分析铁路行业BIM标准和造价标准的制修订现状。根据对铁路工程造价标准定位和工程定额模型的分析,提出模型构建上的一致性,论证铁路BIM标准与造价标准一体化发展的可行性。得出协同发展可以扩大BIM应用覆盖范围,提升铁路工程造价管理水平的结论。
This paper focuses on the consistency of BIM standard with cost standard in the modeling of railway industry, and discusses the feasibility of realizing the integration of model basic standards. Based on literature investigation and comparative analysis, this paper investigates the application of BIM technology and application software in railway industry in engineering cost management, analyzes the shortcomings of the current BIM application in railway engineering cost management, and compares and analyzes the current status of BIM standard and cost standard revision in railway industry. According to the analysis of the positioning of railway engineering cost standard and the engineering quota model, the consistency in model construction is proposed, and the feasibility of the integrated development of railway BIM standard and cost standard is demonstrated. It is concluded that coordinated development can expand the application coverage of BIM and improve railway engineering cost management.
