摘要
目的:研究支气管哮喘(BA)缓解期患者采用固本平喘汤、喘可治注射液联合治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2016年3月-2018年6月BA缓解期患者103例,按随机数字表法分观察组(n=52)与对照组(n=51)。对照组以喘可治注射液治疗,观察组以固本平喘汤、喘可治注射液联合治疗。对比两组疗效、不良反应、治疗前后肺功能[第1秒最大呼气量(FEV1)、最大肺活量(FVC)]、血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgE)水平。结果:与对照组总有效率78.43%相比,观察组94.23%较高(P<0.05);1个疗程后观察组FEV1、FVC高于对照组(P<0.05);1个疗程后观察组血清IgA水平高于对照组,血清IgE水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见血常规、肝肾功能异常等相关不良反应。结论:BA缓解期患者采用固本平喘汤、喘可治注射液联合治疗效果显著,能有效调节机体免疫应答,改善肺功能,且安全性高。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of. Methods: A total of 103 patients with BA remission in our hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled. The observation group(n=52) and the control group(n=51) were randomly selected. The control group was treated with Chuankezhi injection, and the observation group was added with Guben Pingchuan decoction. The efficacy, adverse reactions, and lung function [maximum expiratory volume(FEV1), maximum vital capacity(FVC)], serum immunoglobulin(IgA, IgE) levels were compared before and after treatment. Results: Compared with the total effective rate of 78.43% in the control group, the observation group was higher at 94.23%(P<0.05). After one course of treatment, the FEV1,FVC and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).IgE levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05);no adverse were observed in either group. Conclusion: Guben Pingchuan decoction combined with Chuankezhi injection in patients with bronchial asthma(BA) have significant effects. They can effectively regulate the immune response,improve lung function and have high safety.
