摘要
以冬虫夏草菌丝体为试验原料,测定多酚含量,优化多酚提取参数。在单因素试验基础上运用响应面法对超声波辅助提取工艺参数进行优化,结果表明,最佳多酚提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度75%,料液比为1∶25,超声波功率为300W,超声波时间为20min,超声波温度30℃,多酚含量达2.38%,为今后冬虫夏草菌丝体多酚深度开发利用提供理论基础。
Cordyceps sinensismycelium was as raw material to measure polyphenols content and optimize the processing of polyphenols extraction.On the basis of single factor test,response surface method was used to optimize the ultrasonic assisted extraction process parameters.The results indicated that the optimum extraction processing were the ethanol concentration of 75%,the ratio of material to liquid is 1∶25,the ultrasonic power of 300 W,the ultrasonic time of 20 min and the ultrasonic temperature of 30℃.Under the optimum extraction processing conditions,the extraction rate of polyphenols was up to 2.38%.It provides theoretical basis for the further development and utilization.
