龙须藤多甲氧基总黄酮固体分散体的制备

摘要 目的:将龙须藤多甲氧基总黄酮(PMFBC)制备成固体分散体,提高其水溶性,并进行表征。方法:以聚乙二醇6000(PEG 6000)、聚乙二醇4000(PEG 4000)和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP K30)为载体材料,采用溶剂法,以体外溶解度为指标,优选制备PMFBC固体分散体的工艺;利用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对PMFBC固体分散体进行表征。结果:PMFBC与PVP K30的质量比为1∶6时,固体分散体溶出率达81.3%,比PMFBC原料药提高了约4倍;DSC分析结果显示PMFBC可能以分子状态均匀分散于PVP K30中。结论:PMFBC制成固体分散体后能够显著提高药物水溶性。 Objective To prepare total polymethoxyflavones from Bauhinia championii(PMFBC) solid dispersions by improving solubility of PMFBC in water and characterize physical properties of this preparation for providing a reference for industrial promotion of PMFBC. Methods Taking PEG 6000, PEG 4000 and PVP K30 as carrier materials, solubility as index, PMFBC solid dispersions were prepared by solvent method. Physical properties characterization of PMFBC solid dispersions were analyzed by DSC. Results When the mass ratio of PMFBC to PVP K30 was 1∶6, solubility of PMFBC was 81.3 %, compared with reference substance of PMFBC, solubility improved about 4 times. Analysis result of DSC showed that PMFBC probably dispersed in PVP K30 in the form of molecues. Conclusion After being prepared to solid dispersion,solubility of PMFBC can significantly improve.
