摘要
目的:研究白族药用植物梁王茶的化学成分。方法:植物样品以80%乙醇冷浸提取,采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法进行化合物的纯化分离,通过理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从梁王茶中分离得到9个化合物,分别鉴定为路路通内酯(1),三对节酸(2),丁香脂素(3),3-oxo-6β-hydroxylean-12-en-28-oic acid(4),3β,29-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(5),5-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(6),β-谷甾醇(7),胡萝卜苷(8),双酚A(9)。结论:化合物1、3-6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective Tostudy the chemical constituents of a Bainationality medicine,Nothopanaxdelavayi.Methods The plant samplewas extracted with80%ethanol and the resulting extract was purified by open column chromatographypadded with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20,respectively.Results Nine compounds were isolated and identified asliquidambaric lactone(1),serratagenic acid(2),syringaresinol(3),3-oxo-6β-hydroxylean-12-en-28-oic acid(4),3β,29-dihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oicacid 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester(5),5-O-caffeoylquinic acid methyl ester(6),β-sitosterol(7),carotene(8),and bisphenol A(9).Conclusion Compounds 1and 3-6were isolated from Nothopanax genusfor the first time.
