摘要
目的:探讨快速康复理念在小儿直肠疝气围手术期护理中的效果。方法:选取某院儿科2017年12月~2018年2月期间收治的320例行手术的小儿直肠疝气患儿作为本次研究对象,并随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组在治疗期间采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加快速康复理念干预,护理后评价比较两组患儿手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间的差异,同时比较术后两组患儿的手术并发症发生率。结果:观察组患儿的手术时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组,同时观察组手术并发症发生率为3.75%,明显低于对照组患儿并发症发生率(11.25%),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复理念在小儿直肠疝气围手术期护理中的应用,能够促进缩短患儿手术时间,减轻痛苦,能够促进患儿术后胃肠道功能快速康复,能够降低术后并发症的发生。
Objective: To investigate the effects of rapid rehabilitation concept in the perioperative nursing of pediatric rectum hernia. Methods: A total of 320 pediatric rectal hernia children admitted to the pediatrics department of a hospital from December 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided control group and observation group. The control group used routine nursing services during the treatment, and the observation group added rapid rehabilitation concept intervention on the basis of routine nursing. After nursing evaluation, the differences of operation time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time between the two groups were compared, and the incidence of surgical complications between the two groups were also compared. Results: The operative time, anal exhaust time and hospitalization time of children in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group. Meanwhile, the incidence of surgical complications in the observation group was 3.75%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group(11.25%), with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of rapid rehabilitation concept in the perioperative nursing of pediatric rectum hernia can shorten the operation time, relieve pain, promote the rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery, and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
