摘要
目的探讨多学科团队协作(MDT)联合快速康复外科(FTS)护理在腹股沟疝患儿中的应用效果.方法选取2019年12月—2021年12月我院收治的94例腹股沟疝患儿,按随机数字表法分为两组,各47例.对照组采用常规护理,试验组采用MDT联合FTS护理,持续观察至患儿出院.对比两组术后疼痛、机体恢复情况、并发症发生率及家属护理满意度.结果术后72 h,试验组中文版儿童疼痛行为量表评分为(1.53±0.32)分,低于对照组的(2.04±0.49)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间分别为(23.32±3.51)h、(18.44±2.70)h、(3.22±0.59)d,均短于对照组的(28.24±4.08)h、(23.10±2.69)h、(4.37±0.62)d,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组并发症发生率为4.25%,低于对照组的19.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组家属护理满意度为93.62%,高于对照组的78.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论MDT联合FTS护理用于腹股沟疝患儿中,能减少并发症的发生,减轻术后疼痛,促进术后康复,提高家属护理满意度.
Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary teamwork(MDT)combined with fast track surgery(FTS)care in children with inguinal hernia.Methods 94 cases of children with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were divided into two groups of 47 cases each according to the random number table method.The control group used conventional care and the experimental group used MDT combined with FTS care and continued observation until the children were discharged.Postoperative pain,recovery,complication rate and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results At 72 h postoperatively,the Chinese version of the Children’s Pain Behaviour Scale score in the experimental group was(1.53±0.32)points,which was lower than that of the control group(2.04±0.49)points,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The postoperative time to anal discharge,time to get out of bed and length of stay in hospital were(23.32±3.51)h,(18.44±2.70)h and(3.22±0.59)d respectively in the experimental group,which were shorter than(28.24±4.08)h,(23.10±2.69)h and(4.37±0.62)d in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The complication rate in the experimental group was 4.25%,which was lower than that of 19.15%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of family care in the experimental group was 93.62%,which was higher than that of 78.72%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT combined with FTS care in children with inguinal hernia reduces complications,reduces post-operative pain,promotes post-operative recovery and increases family satisfaction with care.
