摘要
目的观察芪明颗粒辅助玻璃体注射阿柏西普治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变黄斑水肿(DME)的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3—10月该院收治的81例DME患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=41),对照组给予玻璃体腔内注射阿柏西普注射液治疗;观察组在对照组基础上给予芪明颗粒口服的辅助治疗。观察两组治疗前及治疗3个月后的血液流变学指标(全血及血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数和纤维蛋白原含量等)的变化情况;同时记录患者治疗前后的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和黄斑中央视网膜厚度(CMT)。结果经过治疗后,两组患者血液流变学的各项指标均显著降低(P<0.05),而且观察组患者血液流变学各项指标均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前BCVA和CMT组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后视力均有一定程度恢复,且治疗后观察组视力恢复情况要好于对照组。结论糖尿病性黄斑水肿(DME)患者经阿柏西普注射液加上芪明颗粒辅助治疗后,其血黏度在一定程度有显著降低,视力也得到有效的改善和提高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiming granules in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy macular edema(DME)with abortion.Methods 81 patients with DME admitted to the hospital from March to October 2018 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=41).The control group was given intravitreal Aboxipu injection treatment;the observation group was given oral adjuvant treatment with Qiming granules on the basis of the control group.The changes of hemorheology indexes(whole blood and plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index and fibrinogen content)before and after treatment were observed in the two groups.The best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)before and after treatment was recorded and macular central retinal thickness(CMT).Results After treatment,the blood rheology indexes of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),and the blood rheology indexes of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the BCVA and CMT groups before treatment(P>0.05).The visual acuity recovered after treatment,and the visual recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion The patients with diabetic macular edema(DME)have a significant decrease in blood viscosity and a significant improvement in visual acuity after absolution combined with Aboxipu combined with Qiming granules.
