摘要
目的设计一系列合理的适合卵巢癌患者治疗前后的一体化护理干预措施,探究一体化护理模式对卵巢癌患者的生活质量以及心理状态的影响。方法利用便利抽样法抽取2010年2月至2013年6月期间我院收治的卵巢癌患者180名,平均分为对照组和研究组。其中对照组为常规护理组,给予常规护理;研究组为一体化护理组,在对照组基础上采取一体化护理模式,包括早期干预护理,常规护理,心理护理,用药安全护理,宣传教育护理,院外护理。利用世界卫生组织制定的患者生存质量测定方法中文版简表、SAS焦虑量表、症状自评量表对患者的生活质量以及心理状态进行调查分析。结果在护理干预后,研究组的生存质量各项指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05);一体化护理干预后研究组患者焦虑评分显著低于对照组(t=6.34,P<0.05),患者焦虑评分显著低于干预前(t=7.71,P<0.05)。结论以安全护理、心理护理为核心的院内、院外一体化护理模式对于卵巢癌患者的治疗后康复情况有显著的正面效果,有利于卵巢癌患者生存质量的提高,有助于患者在治疗后心理状态的快速调整。
Objective To explore the impact of integrative nursing model on the living quality and psychological state of patients with ovarian cancer by designing a series of suitable nursing interventions. Method 180 patients treated in hospital from February 2011 to June 2013 were divided into the control group and the research group. The control group received routine care; the research group received integrative nursing care, including early nursing interventions, normal nursing, psychological nursing, medicine safety nursing and so on;patients＆#39;quality of life and psychological status were measured and analyzed by Chinese profile, SAS Anxiety Scale, Symptom Checklist developed by WHO to measure patients＆#39; life quality. Result With nursing intervention, the survival indicator of the research group were significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the anxiety scores of the research group were sig-nificantly lower than the control group （t=6.34, P〈0.05） , the anxiety scores of the patients in research group were significantly low-er than before （t=7.71, P〈0.05）. Conclusion With safety and psychological nursing as the core, the integrative nursing model in the hospital and outside for patients who were in recovery of ovarian cancer has significant positive effect, and this method could help to improve the quality of life in patients with ovarian cancer.
