摘要
目的观察左西孟旦基础上联合西地兰对急性心力衰竭(Acute Heart Failure,AHF)患者心功能的影响。方法选取本院2015年5月至2017年7月收治的急性心力衰竭患者70例,随机分为两组,对照组及观察组,各35例。两组患者均采取常规治疗,对照组给予左西孟旦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用西地兰。观察两组患者治疗后心功能各指标、BNP及NT-ProBNP水平改善情况,比较两组患者临床疗效及用不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组心功能指标水平均有改善,观察组较治疗前改善明显(均P<0.05),且观察组心功能均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者BNP及NT-ProBNP水平均有明显改善(均P<0.05),观察组BNP、NT-ProBNP水平均显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(11.43%比31.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(94.29%比77.14%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗和左西孟旦基础上加用西地兰治疗,对患者心功能影响好,显著改善其BNP及NT-ProBNP水平,临床疗效好,患者用药过程中不良反应情况发生少,用药安全性高,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the influence of lanatoside based on levosimendan on cardiac function in patients with acute heart failure(AHF).Methods 70 AHF patients admitted into our hospital from May 2015 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group.Two groups took conventional treatment,the control group was given levosimendan,the observation group was given lanatoside on the basis of the control group.The improvement of cardiac function indexes,BNP and NTProBNP levels of the two groups were observed.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of cardiac function indexes in the two groups improved,those in the observation group significantly improved compared with pre-treatment(P<0.05),and cardiac function of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BNP and NT-ProBNP levels of the two groups significantly improved(P<0.05),the BNP and NT-ProBNP levels of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(11.43%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(31.43%)(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group(94.29%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.14%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Lanatoside on the basis of conventional treatment and levosimendan for AHF patients has good effect on patients’cardiac function,which can significantly improve BNP and NT-ProBNP levels,with good clinical efficacy,less adverse reactions during drug process,and high drug safety,which is worthy of application.
