摘要
目的探讨和分析尼莫地平辅助拉坦前列腺素在原发性开角型青光眼患者中的临床应用价值。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月期间本院收治的100例(100眼)原发性开角型青光眼患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各50例(50眼)。对照组采用拉坦前列腺素的临床药物治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用尼莫地平药物辅助治疗。并分别对两组患者的临床治疗情况,视盘筛板血流及临床指标变化情况进行比较及分析。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组红细胞移动率、血流速度、血流量水平分别为(1.10±0.22)%、(186.53±29.76)mm/s、(16.17±2.72)L/min,均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组促红细胞生成素、可溶性CD44分子、内皮素-1水平分别为(7.10±0.82)mU/ml、(12.34±2.34)ng/ml、(42.61±5.37)ng/L,均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论尼莫地平辅助拉坦前列腺素对于原发性开角型青光眼患者临床治疗效果的改善和提升具有十分重要意义。
Objective To probe into the clinical application value of nimodipine assisted latanoprost in the treatment of primary open angle glaucoma.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,100 patients(100 eyes)with primary open angle glaucoma in our hospital were selected as subjects.The patients were randomly divided into observation group with 50 cases(50 eyes)and control group with 50 cases(50 eyes).The patients in the control group were treated with latanoprost,and the patients in the observation group were treated with nimodipine on the basis of the control group.The clinical treatment,blood flow of optic disk lamina cribrosa,and the changes of clinical indicators of the patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group[94.00% (47/50) vs.78.00%(39/50)],with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the red blood cell migration rate in the observation group was(1.10±0.22)%,blood flow velocity was(186.53±29.76)mm/s,blood flow was(16.17±2.72)L/min,which were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of erythropoietin,soluble CD44,and endothelin-1 were(7.10±0.82)mU/ml,(12.34±2.34)ng/ml,and(42.61±5.37)ng/L,which were all lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Nimodipine assisted latanoprost have great significance for the improvement of clinical treatment effect for patients with primary open angle glaucoma.
