摘要
目的探讨吲哚美辛联合拉坦前列腺素治疗老年慢性闭角型青光眼(CACG)的效果.方法选取2020年5月—2022年3月本院收治的86例老年CACG患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例.对照组采用拉坦前列腺素治疗,观察组在此基础上采用吲哚美辛治疗,均持续6周.对比两组的临床疗效、眼压、视力、前房炎症水平及不良反应发生情况.结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的眼压为(13.25±2.12)mmHg,低于对照组的(17.90±2.31)mmHg,视力为(0.48±0.10),高于对照组的(0.33±0.08),组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-34、白细胞介素-17、白细胞介素-23水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论吲哚美辛联合拉坦前列腺素可增强老年cacg患者的治疗效果,降低眼压与前房炎症水平,促进视力恢复,安全性高.
Objective To investigate the effect of indomethacin combined with latanoprost in elderly patients with chronic angle closure glaucoma(CACG).Methods A total of 86 elderly patients with CACG admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to March 2022 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with latanoprost,and the observation group was treated with indomethacin on this basis.Both groups lasted for 6 weeks.The clinical efficacy,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,anterior chamber inflammation and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.35%,which was higher than 79.07%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the intraocular pressure of the observation group was(13.25±2.12)mmHg,lower than(17.90±2.31)mmHg of the control group,and the visual acuity was(0.48±0.10),higher than(0.33±0.08)of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-34,interleukin-17 and interleukin-23 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Indomethacin combined with latanoprost can enhance the therapeutic effect of senile CACG patients,reduce the level of intraocular pressure and anterior chamber inflammation,and promote vision recovery with high safety.
