摘要
目的:探讨中医体质辨识在消化性溃疡饮食护理中的应用及对患者并发症、生活质量评分的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月本院收治的消化性溃疡患者90例。根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组和研究组,各45例。两组均进行相同的治疗方法,对照组进行常规护理,研究组进行中医体质辨识护理。比较两组疗效、生活质量评分、并发症及复发情况。结果:研究组总有效率95.6%,高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05);干预后,研究组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率、复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在消化性溃疡患者饮食护理中,中医体质辨识的护理效果显著,应该在临床上广泛推广与应用。
Objective:To explore the application of TCM constitution identification in dietary nursing of peptic ulcer and its influence on complications and quality of life score of patients.Method:A total of 90 patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,45 cases in each group.Both groups received the same treatment,the control group received routine nursing,while study group received TCM constitution identification nursing.The curative effect,quality of life score,complications and recurrence between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate was 95.6% in study group,which was higher than 80.0% of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the each score of quality of life in study group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and recurrence in study group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the dietary nursing of peptic ulcer patients,the nursing effect of TCM constitution identification is remarkable,and it should be widely promoted and applied in clinic.
