摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出了CaSiO3:Eu^3+Bi^3+和Sr2SiO4:Eu^3+Bi^3+,对比分析了两者的激发光谱与发射光谱,探讨了基质改变对Eu^3+、Bi^3+发光性能的影响.结果表明Sr2SiO4:Eu^3+Bi^3+中Bi^3+-Eu^3+之间的能量传递效率明显高于CaSiO3:Eu^3+Bi^3+中的.
CaSiO3:Eu^3+Bi^3+and Sr2SiO4:Eu 3+Bi 3+were prepared through Sol-Gel method.The influences of host materal change on Eu^3+and Bi 3+were researched by contrasting the excitation and emission spectras of CaSiO3 Eu^3+Bi^3+and Sr2SiO4 Eu^3+Bi^3+.The results showed that energy transfer efficiency between Bi^3+and Eu^3+in Sr2SiO4 Eu 3+Bi 3+was obviously higher than the one which was in CaSiO 3 Eu^3+Bi^3+.
