Luminescent Performance and Energy Transfer of La2-x-yMgTiO6:xBi3+,yEu3+ Phosphors

摘要 采用高温固相法合成La2-x-yMgTiO6:xBi^3+和La1.8-yMgTiO6:0.2Bi^3+,yEu^3+系列荧光粉,用X射线衍射对其物相进行表征,测试荧光粉的荧光光谱和寿命,研究Bi^3+和Eu^3+掺杂量和发光强度之间的关系,以及Bi^3+和Eu^3+之间的能量传递机理和能量传递效率。结果表明:所有合成的掺杂荧光粉均为单相物质;La1.8-yMgTiO6:0.2Bi^3+,yEu^3+显示出Bi^3+的蓝光发射和Eu^3+的特征红光发射;当y=0.2时,La1.6MgTiO6:0.2Bi^3+,0.2Eu^3+的能量传递效率最大,为19.2%;能量传递机理为d-d相互作用。改变Eu^3+的浓度可以得到从蓝光到橙红光颜色可调的荧光粉。La1.6MgTiO6:0.2Bi^3+,0.2Eu^3+的色坐标为(0.5385,0.2736)。 A series of La2-x-yMgTiO6:x Bi^3+ and La1.8-yMg TiO6:0.2 Bi^3+,y Eu^3+phosphors were synthesized by a high-temperature solid-state method. The phase of the products was characterized by X-ray diffraction. The fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime of the phosphors were examined. The influences of Bi^3+ and Eu^3+concentrations on the luminescence intensity of phosphors were investigated. The energy transfer mechanism and energy transfer efficiency between Bi^3+ and Eu^3+ were analyzed. The results show that all the as-synthesized doped phosphors are single phase. The La1.8-yMgTiO6:0.2 Bi^3+,y Eu^3++ phosphors exhibit a blue emission of Bi^3+ and a characteristic red emission of Eu^3+. The maximum energy transfer efficiency between Bi^3+ and Eu^3+ in La1.6MgTiO6:0.2 Bi^3+,0.2 Eu^3+is 19.2% when y=0.2. The energy transfer mechanism is d–d interaction. The tunable colors of phosphors from blue to orange-red can be obtained by changing the concentration of Eu^3+. The chromaticity coordinates of La1.6MgTiO6:0.2 Bi^3+,0.2 Eu^3+are(0.5385, 0.2736).
