摘要
科技项目档案中蕴藏着科技信息资源,创新科技项目档案传统管理模式,强化对技术类信息资源的采集,分析、编研推出科技项目档案信息化产品,是信息时代促进科技创新水平提高的有效途径。通过搭建共享平台,使科技项目档案信息资源面向社会公众开放共享,也是避免国家科技资源浪费的有效手段。
Archives of scientific and technological projects bear scientific and technological information resources,so innovating the traditional management mode of scientific and technological project archives,strengthening the collection of technological information resources,analyzing,compiling and launching informatized products of scientific and technological archives are effective ways to promote the improvement of scientific and technological innovation level in the era of big data.By building a platform for sharing,information resources of scientific and technological project archives are opened to the public,which is an effective way to avoid waste of national scientific and technological resources.
