摘要
目的探讨柴胡疏肝散入血成分,为研究中药复方的作用机制奠定基础。方法取正常饲养未灌药10只雄性SD大鼠的血清作为空白血清,取10只灌胃柴胡疏肝散雄性SD大鼠的血清作为含药血清,另取柴胡疏肝散水煎剂作为对照品,对上述样品进行超高效液相色谱-四级杆-飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)法检测,结合中药化学成分数据库及相关文献,定性分析柴胡疏肝散入血成分。结果含药血清中检测出49种入血原型成分,这些化学成分主要来源于川芎、陈皮、白芍、枳壳和甘草。结论柴胡疏肝散的入血成分是各组方药味配伍后共同作用的结果。
Objective It is to explore the constituents migrating to blood in Chaihu Shugan powder,in order to preliminarily illuminate the pharmacological material basis of Chaihu Shugan powder and lay the foundation for further study on the mechanism of compound traditional Chinese medicine.Methods The serum of 10 male Sprague-Dawley rats that were normally fed without gavage of medicine was used as blank serum,and the serum of 10 SD male rats treated with Chaihu Shugan powder by gavage was used as drug-containing serum,and the Chaihu Shugan Powder decoction was used as reference substance.The above samples were tested by ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)method,combined with the chemical composition database of Chinese medicine and related literature,the constituents migrating to blood in Chaihu Shugan powder was qualitatively analyzed.Results 49 kinds of constituents migrating to blood were detected in the drug-containing serum.These chemical components were mainly derived from Ligusticum wallichii,tangerine peel and liquorice.Conclusion The constituents migrating to blood in Chaihu Shugan powder is the result of the combined action of different drug ingredients.
