摘要
大型储罐穹顶大部分采用钢穹顶结构或钢穹顶与混凝土穹顶的组合结构。现有大型储罐的直径已经达到70~100 m,不管采用何种结构形式,钢穹顶的稳定分析都是重中之重。文章采用国际通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,对某项目储罐的钢穹顶进行了材料和几何的双重非线性稳定分析,并且对不同设计参数的分析结果进行了对比,希望这些对比的结论能够对类似工程有一定借鉴作用。
Most of the large tank domes are made of steel dome structure or a combination of steel dome and concrete dome.The diameter of the existing large-scale storage tanks have reached 70-100 m.Regardless of the structural form,the stability analysis of steel domes is the top priority.This paper adopts the international general FEM software ABAQUS to carry out the double nonlinear stability analysis on the material and geometry of the steel dome of the storage tank of certain project.It also compares the analysis results of different design parameters with the hope that the conclusions from the comparison can be used for reference in similar projects.
