摘要
为揭示大型LNG储罐穹顶钢结构在施工过程中的受力特征,文中通过有限元模型建立了混凝土弹性模量与龄期关系,并利用生死单元模拟分环浇筑过程,得到浇筑工况下穹顶钢结构力学响应特征,给出了穹顶钢结构不同位置应力随混凝土龄期变化规律和穹顶最大位移分布特征,确定了最大位移随龄期变化关系表达式。结果表明浇筑过程中穹顶钢结构的应力和位移分布与混凝土龄期密切相关,浇筑初期穹顶钢结构位移最大,最大应力出现在浇筑区域附近。
The relationship between elastic modulus and age of concrete is established by finite element model to study the stress characteristics of steel structure of large LNG storage tank in the construction process.The process of separate ring pouring is simulated by the birth-death element,and the mechanical response characteristics of steel structure under pouring conditions are obtained.The variation law of stress at different positions of steel structure with age of concrete and the distribution characteristics of maximum displacement of dome are given,and the expression of maximum displacement with age is determined.The results show that the distribution of stress and displacement of the dome steel structure is closely related to the age of the concrete.The displacement of the steel dome structure is the largest at the initial stage of pouring,and the maximum stress appears near the pouring area.
