摘要
课程改革研究对专业建设和学科建设都十分重要。针对知网上查询到的《酒店管理概论》课程相关的125篇教改论文进行统计分析,得知该课程研究总量与均量均不高,来源期刊不太集中,其中教育类、旅游类和学报类期刊对本课程的教学改革研究相对更为关注,近十年的研究相对较多,研究内容主要集中在整体教学改革、教学内容、教学方法、课程考核与教学效果这四个方面,同时,从研究内容、研究方法、研究对象三方面对该课程的未来教学改革研究提出了思考,对该课程的教学改革具有一定的参考价值。
The curriculum reform research is very important to the construction of specialty and discipline.According to the statistical analysis of 125 teaching reform papers related to the course“Introduction to Hotel Management”inquired about on kns.cnki.net,it is known that the total and average amount of research on this course is not high,and the source journals are not concentrated.Among them,education,tourism and journal journals pay more attention to the teaching reform of this course,and in recent ten years,more research has been done.Then the research content mainly focuses on the four aspects of the overall teaching reform,the teaching content,the teaching methods,curriculum assessment and teaching effects.Some thoughts on the future teaching reform of this course has put forward,which has certain reference value for the teaching reform of this course.
