摘要
在中海油某石蜡基润滑油加氢装置上,考察了大分子氮和大分子蜡对加氢装置及其产品的影响,并对工艺改进措施及其效果进行了分析。结果表明:大分子氮造成了一段反应温度升高,一段转化率处于高位,黏度大幅降低、黏度指数大幅提高;大分子蜡导致脱蜡难度增加,二段反应温度升高,产品倾点、浊点等指标不易合格,基础油收率降低、黏度降低;延长减三线加工时间并降低减四线干点(措施A)和更换加工原油(措施B)对三段催化剂平均温度均有一定程度改善,但对一段和二段催化剂平均温度、基础油收率、减四线重质润滑油浊点均无明显影响;2种改进措施对产品黏度均有所改善,与措施A相比,措施B能有效改善产品倾点,降低裂解程度,可实现10 cSt基础油的生产。
The effects of macro-molecular nitrogen and macro-molecular wax on hydrogenation unit and its products were investigated in a paraffin based lubricating oil hydrogenation unit of CNOOC.And the process improvement measures(measure A:extend the VGO 3 processing time and reduce the VGO 4 dry point;measure B:replacement of processed crude oil)and its effect were analyzed.The results showed that the high molecular nitrogen leaded to a high conversion raTEand reaction temperature rise in stage one,a significant decrease in viscosity and a significant increase in viscosity index.The large molecule wax increases the difficulty of isodewaxing and reaction temperature in stage two,which leaded to unqualification of product′s pour point and turbidity point.Measure A and measure B improved the average temperature of catalyst in third stage to some extent,but had no significant effect on average catalyst temperature the turbidity point of heavy lubricating oil and base oil yield in first and second stage.Measure A and measure B could improve the viscosity of product,but compared with measure A,measure B could effectively improve product pour point and reduce cracking degree,so as to realize the production of 10 cSt base oil.
