摘要
目的探讨线上孕妇学校在围生期保健管理中的应用效果。方法将2018年6~8月的首次产检孕妇58例纳入对照组,应用传统孕妇学校开展围生期保健管理;2018年9~12月的首次产检孕妇60例纳入观察组,采用线上孕妇学校平台开展围生期保健管理。比较两组孕妇的围生保健依从性、围生期保健知识掌握程度以及对围生期保健管理中整体就医体验的满意度。结果观察组孕妇围生保健依从性、围生期保健知识掌握程度及整体就医体验满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论线上孕妇学校能提高围生期保健管理效果。
Objective To explore the effect of online education intervention in perinatal care.Methods Fifty-eight pregnant women attending the first prenatal examination in June to August 2018 were treated as the control group and received conventional class-based education,while 60 counterparts in September to December 2018 were served as the intervention group and subjected to online education intervention.The compliance with prenatal examinations,knowledge of perinatal care and satisfaction with the service were compared between the two groups.Results The intervention group demonstrated higher compliance,knowledge and satisfaction compared with the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Online education intervention can improve the effect of perinatal service.
