摘要
针对经验模态分解在机械信号处理中的缺陷,介绍了变分模态分解的方法,并将其引用到机械信号处理中。将变分模态分解应用于振动信号,得到一组模态,筛选与故障相关的敏感模态进行包络功率谱分析。采用仿真信号和实际滚动轴承信号对该方法的有效性进行检验,证明变分模态分解法可以准确检测出滚动轴承故障。
The empirical mode decomposition has many defects in the mechanical signal processing,so the method of variational mode decomposition is focused on and introduced,and referred it to mechanical signal processing.Firstly,the variational modal decomposition was applied to the vibration signal,a set of modalities would be obtained,then the sensitive modality related to the fault would be screened,and finally the envelope power spectrum analysis would be performed.The simulation signal and the actual rolling bearing signal are used to test the effectiveness of the method,which finally proves that the variational modal decomposition method can accurately detect the rolling bearing fault.
