摘要
近年随着经济的飞速发展,人民生活水平的改善,糖尿病的发病率也不断升高,其慢性并发症患者也越来越多,因此受到重视,糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病患者最常见的慢性并发症之一,其发病率及诊断率越来越高,糖尿病周围神经病变中医药临床辨证治疗方法越来越多,取得了一定的临床疗效,该文从辨证论治及中医内治、外治等方面对近年的相关文献进行综述,为临床选药、选方提供依据,为提高临床疗效提供参考。
In recent years,with the rapid development of the economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,the incidence of diabetes has also increased.More and more patients with chronic complications have received attention.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications in diabetic patients.Its incidence and diagnosis rate are getting higher and higher.There are more and more clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment methods for diabetic neuropathy with peripheral neuropathy,and certain clinical effects have been achieved.This article reviews the relevant literatures in recent years from dialectical treatment and TCM internal treatment and external treatment,and provides a basis for clinical drug selection and selection,and provides reference for improving clinical efficacy.
