摘要
目前,煤炭行业智能化开采技术已广泛应用于大采高、中厚煤层、薄煤层及放顶煤工作面,全国已经建成145个智能化采煤工作面。但现有智能化开采技术大多是以“采煤机记忆割煤、液压支架自动跟机、监控中心远程干预”为技术路径,装备及控制系统整体智能化程度不高,且现有智能化开采技术基本以经验决策型为主,并不能针对复杂的采场环境进行智能决策控制,因此,智能化开采技术升级迫在眉睫。通过充分总结黄陵矿业公司智能化开采技术应用现状以及目前存在的技术难题,科学分析目前行业内智能化开采新技术探索应用情况,努力探寻出一条适合黄陵矿业公司智能化开采技术发展的新道路。
With the development of science and technology,the information and intelligent technology upgrade brought about by the fourth industrial revolution,human beings have entered the era of artificial intelligence.At present,intelligent mining technology has been widely used in the coal industry,and 145 intelligent coal mining faces have been built in China.Because most of the existing intelligent mining technology is based on the technology path of“shearer memory coal cutting,hydraulic support automatic follow-up,and remote intervention of monitoring center”,the overall intelligence of equipment and control system is not high,and intelligent decision-making cannot be made for complex environment,therefore,the upgrading of intelligent mining technology is imminent.By analyzing the current situation and technical problems of intelligent mining technology,the development direction of intelligent mining technology in Huangling Mining Company is discussed.
