基于边缘控制器的智能泵站控制系统应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 为满足煤矿井下综采工作面智能化的发展需求,针对乳化液泵站系统压力波动大以及无法实时有效健康监测的问题,设计了基于边缘控制器的智能型乳化液泵站控制系统,控制器同时具有标准PLC运行实时核和PC工控机Windows系统。本文介绍了控制系统的架构组成,基于模糊控制理论,减小乳化液泵站系统压力的波动,提高压力响应速度,基于振动信号变换分析、图像识别技术,实现泵站故障诊断与跑冒滴漏现象的监测,在一个控制器中实现振动采集、数据分析、图像识别和逻辑控制程序的快速实时交互。在井下工业性试验中,与传统控制方式相比,实现了乳化液系统压力的快速响应与较小波动,以及对泵站设备的故障诊断、故障预警与健康状态监测,为矿工指明了维护检修的方向,实现了煤矿井下乳化液泵站系统的智能化监控,促进了煤矿综采工作面的智能化发展。 In order to meet the development demand of intellectualization of fully mechanized coal mining face in coal mine,in view of the large pressure fluctuation of emulsion pump station system and the inability of real-time and effective health monitoring,an intelligent emulsion pump station control system based on edge controller is designed.The controller has both a standard PLC real-time core and a PC industrial control computer Windows system.This paper introduces the structure of the control system.Based on the fuzzy control theory,it can reduce the fluctuation of the system pressure of the emulsion pump station and improve the pressure response speed.Based on the vibration signal transformation analysis and image recognition technology,it can realize the pump station fault diagnosis and the monitoring of the leakage phenomenon.In one controller,it can realize the rapid real-time interaction of vibration acquisition,data analysis,image recognition and logic control program.In the underground industrial test,compared with the traditional control mode,it realized the rapid response and small fluctuation of the emulsion system pressure,as well as the fault diagnosis,fault warning and health status monitoring of the pump station equipment,pointed out the direction of maintenance and repair for the miners,realized the intelligent monitoring of the emulsion pump station system in the coal mine,and promoted the intelligent development of the fully mechanized coal mining face.
