摘要
文章分析了安徽省港口物流竞争力发展状况及存在问题,并基于港口物流竞争力理论,从港口区位优势、港口基础条件、港口物流能力、港口腹地经济实力等方面构建了港口物流竞争力评价指标体系,在此基础上运用熵权TOPSIS法对安徽、上海、江苏、浙江港口物流综合竞争力进行了评价比较。结果表明:在长三角三省一市港口物流竞争力中安徽省港口区位、港口基础设施、港口物流能力和港口腹地经济实力的竞争力最弱,安徽省港口物流竞争力存在总量小、增速慢等问题,与其它省域港口竞争力相比差距较大。
This paper analyzes the development and existing problems of port logistics competitiveness in Anhui province,and based on the theory of port logistics competitiveness,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of port logistics competitiveness from the aspects of port location advantage,port basic condition,port logistics capability,port hinterland economic strength and so on.On this basis,the entropy weight TOPSIS method is used to evaluate and compare the comprehensive competitiveness of port logistics in Anhui,Shanghai,Jiangsu and Zhejiang.The results show that among the port logistics competitiveness of three provinces and one city in the Yangtze River Delta,Anhui province has the weakest competitiveness in port location,port infrastructure,port logistics capacity and port hinterland economic strength.The port logistics competitiveness of Anhui province has some problems,such as small total amount,small growth rate and so on,which has a large gap with the port competitiveness of other provinces.
