摘要
中国实施一带一路倡议以来,宁波提出要建设辐射中东欧的港口经济圈,大力拓展宁波港口物流腹地。波兰是中国在中东欧地区最大的贸易伙伴,也是连通整个欧洲的门户,是宁波港口物流在中东欧的重要腹地。双方有着很好的合作基础,可在政策协同、产业合作、交通互联、快速通关、人文交流等方面加强沟通与合作。
Since China implemented the Belt and Road initiative,Ningbo has proposed to build a port economic circle radiating central and eastern Europe to energetically expand the port logistics.Poland is China's largest trading partner in central and eastern Europe,as well as a gateway connecting the whole Europe,and it is also an important base of Ningbo port logistics in central and eastern Europe.Ningbo and Poland have a good basis for cooperation.Both parties can strengthen communication and cooperation in policy coordination,Industrial cooperation,transportation interconnection,rapid customs clearance and cultural exchanges.
