摘要
信息化与工业化的融合促进了工业发展和质量提升,应用信息化系统对生产数据进行自动采集和存储,降低了追溯成本,提高了追溯效率。唐钢信息化系统基于产品批次编码规则生成钢卷号,以钢卷号为对象匹配对应的生产过程参数,对钢卷生产信息、过程参数曲线、表观信息和质检信息进行分类存储。建立了以钢卷号为索引的质量追溯流程,实现了质量问题快速整改,提高了质量管控水平,全面提升了客户对唐钢冷轧产品追溯保障能力的信心。
The integration of informatization and industrialization promotes industrial development and quality improvement.The application of informatization system to automatically collect and store production data reduces the cost of traceability and improves the efficiency of traceability.The information system of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.Ltd.generates coil number based on product batch coding rules,matches corresponding production process parameters with coil number,and classifies and stores coil production information,process parameter curve,apparent information and quality inspection information.The quality traceability process based on the steel coil number was established,which achieved rapid rectification of quality problems,improved the quality control level,and comprehensively improved the customer's confidence in the traceability of Tangshan Steel's cold rolled products.
