摘要
为实现铁钢区生产管控柔性衔接,精准控制生产节奏,设计了铁钢区智能调度设计方案。充分利用信息技术手段以及优化模型算法,以铁钢区动态调度系统为中心,将炼铁MES系统、铁运系统、炼钢MES系统、铁钢包管理系统、天车系统、钢区二级系统进行深度集成,使铁钢调度执行过程智能化、可视化,为调度决策提供准确信息,最终实现新一代冶金长流程生产铁钢区智能调度。
In order to realize the flexible connection of production control in iron and steel area and accurately control the production rhythm,the intelligent scheduling design scheme of iron and steel area is designed.Make full use of information technology means and optimization model algorithms,take the dynamic scheduling system of iron and steel area as the center,and deeply integrate the ironmaking MES system,railway transportation system,steelmaking MES system,iron ladle management system,overhead crane system and steel zone secondary system,so that the iron and steel scheduling execution process is intelligent and visualized,providing accurate information for scheduling decision-making,and finally realizing the intelligent scheduling design scheme of a new generation of metallurgical long-process production iron and steel area.
