摘要
目的手机应用(Applications,APP)以其实时性、跨平台性、低成本、高效率等特点成为互联网时代满足用户"碎片化"需求的重要媒介,其导航系统的设计优劣直接影响了用户的操作效率、学习成本与用户体验。方法本文以即时通讯(Instant Messaging,IM)类APP导航为研究对象,首先确立了用于评价导航系统可用性的意向词对开发了相应的问卷;其次选取了代表性的IM类APP,通过人机界面元件解构方法提取了导航系统的关键设计要素,运用Mocking Bot设计了12款导航系统原型。结果结合问卷调查与眼动追踪技术对设计的导航系统原型进行了实验研究,确立了最佳的导航设计方案;最后以优化后的微信APP为例对最佳优化方案进行了验证。结论研究以产品可用性为出发点,以IM类APP导航设计为例,提出了基于设计者视角的APP导航设计与评价方法,为人机交互界面的设计提供了方法借鉴。
Objective Mobile application(APP)has become an important medium for satisfying the"fragmented demand"of users in the Internet era with its feature of real-time,cross-platform,low-cost and high efficiency.The design of APP navigation system will directly affect users'operational efficiency,learning costs and their experience.Methods In this paper,Instant Messaging APP is taken as the research object.Firstly,the intent word pair for evaluating the usability of navigation system is established and the corresponding questionnaire is developed.Secondly,the representative IM APPs are selected and Key design elements of the navigation system are extracted employing HIEs(Human Inferface Elements)deconstruction method.Besides,12 navigation system prototypes are developed using Mocking Bot.Results Then the questionnaire and eye tracking technology are combined to experimentally study the prototype thus figuring out the best design strategy.Finally,the optimized WeChat APP is taken as an example to verify the optimized scheme.Conclusion Taking the product usability as the starting point,this paper takes the IM APP navigation design as an example and proposes the APP navigation design and evaluation method based on the designer's perspective,which provides a method for the design of human-computer interaction interface.
