摘要
为了培养学生综合能力,提高工科院校的办学质量,满足社会对人才需求,以面向产出的教育理念为研究视角,比较了目前工科类院校实习模式的优劣,通过对企业、学校和学生三方面的分析,初步探讨了目前工科院校实习过程中存在的诸多问题,并提出建议:建立校企双向选择机制;制定具有本专业特色的实习指导书;实施量化考核,以此拟对工科院校实习教学改革具有一定指导意义。
In order to cultivate students comprehensive ability,improve the teaching quality of engineering schools and meet the requirements of the society,the facing-outcome education concept was taken as the research perspective in this paper,and the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of the current engineering internship modes of the colleges has been conducted.Through the analysis of the three aspects of enterprises,schools and students,the problems existing in the current internship process of engineering colleges were discussed.And it put forward following advice,establishing a two-way selection mechanism for school and enterprise,developing an internship guidance based on the characteristics of specialized field,and performing quantitative assessment.It has certain guiding significance for the reform of practice teaching in engineering colleges.
