摘要
近年由于高校招生的规模不断扩大,每年实习的学生人数不断增加,导致各大高校在经济上和人力上的投入也越来越多,甚至不堪重负,在一定程度上影响了正常的教学和人才培养效果。因此,高校学生毕业实习模式的改革势在必行,积极探索新的实习模式成为当务之急,而依托互联网技术发展,创新实习形式、内容与方法,探同步与异步指导相结合、索线上线下相融合的实习新模式——“互联网+”实习工作坊模式,正是在这种背景下应运而生的一种创新实习形式。
In recent years,due to the continuous expansion of college enrollment scale and the increasing number of students interning every year,colleges and universities have been investing more and more in economy and human resources,even under heavy burden,which has affected the normal teaching and talent training effect to some extent.Therefore,the reform of the graduation mode of college students is imperative.It is imperative to actively explore new internship models,relying on the development of Internet technology,innovative forms of internships,content and methods,combining simultaneous and asynchronous guidance,and online and offline.The new mode of internship--"Internet+"internship workshop mode is an innovative form of internship that emerged in this context.
