摘要
通过对交流传动八轴9 600 kW货运电力机车(简称新八轴机车)制动系统的可靠性分配、预计的故障率结果与该类型机车在段实际运行统计故障数据计算的故障率结果进行对比,从而找出新八轴机车制动系统易发生故障的部位并采取相应措施,另能看出设计初期的可靠性分配和预计是否有所疏漏。
Through the reliability distribution of the braking system of AC drive 8-axle 9 600 kW freight electric locomotive(referred to as the new eight-axle locomotive),The predicted failure rate results are compared with those calculated by statistical fault data in the actual operation of this type of locomotive,so as to find out the parts where the brake system of the new eight-axle locomotive is prone to failure and take corresponding measures.In addition,it can be seen whether there are any omissions in the reliability distribution and prediction at the beginning of the design.
