随着时代的不断发展,高速铁路逐渐成为人们出行的主要选择之一,而交流传动技术已然成为当今世界上牵引动力高新技术的重要标志之一,也成为我国铁路牵引动力发展的主要方向.网侧变流系统是交流传动电力机车系统的子系统之一,其在变流传动电力机车变动系统中的作用非常重要,要尽可能保证网侧变流系统的电压恒定,保证整个系统的稳定运行.
