摘要
采用Logistic法研究了千佛手、虹之玉、新玉缀、八千代4种多肉植物的耐寒性。结果表明:在人工低温处理下,4种多肉植物的电导率呈“S”型曲线变化,根据Logistic方程计算出千佛手、虹之玉、新玉缀、八千代的半致死温度分别为-10.17、-15.29、-10.22、-12.45℃。通过冬季室外自然低温处理验证,4种多肉植物的耐寒性表现与Logistic法所得结果一致,抗寒能力由强到弱依次为虹之玉>八千代>新玉缀>千佛手。
In our study,Logistic method was used to estimate low temperature tolerances of four Crassulaceae succulent species(Sedum sediforme,Sedum rubrotinctum Clausen,Sedum morganianum var.burrito,Sedum corynephyllum).Artificial low temperature trail showed that the electricity conductivity(EC)of 4 succulent species followed“S”curve.Derived from the logistic equation,semi-lethal temperature of Sedum sediforme,Sedum rubrotinctum Clausen,Sedum morganianum var.burrito and Sedum corynephyllum was-10.17℃,-15.29℃,-10.22℃,and-12.45℃,respectively.Natural low temperature trial was further conducted outside in winter;the morphological assay confirmed that the four succulent species’tolerance to low temperature was in accordance with the calculation result of the logistic method,i.e.Sedum rubrotinctum>Sedum corynephyllum>Sedum morganianum var.burrito>Sedum sediforme.
