摘要
老官山汉墓医简中包含了传统中医脉诊理论中损脉、至脉的相关内容。这些条文虽然与传世文献有所差异,但仍然提示了其与《难经》等医经千丝万缕的联系。本文对相关条文中个别字词试作拟补、释义,对引用书籍的相互关系试作探讨,并由此探析扁鹊脉学自战国至于西汉初、中期乃至中古的深远影响。
The medical bamboo slips from the Han dynasty tomb of Lao Guan Shan contains the relevant contents of feeble pulse and rapid beating pulse in the pulse diagnosis theory of traditional Chinese medicine.Although the articles in medical classics are different from those in the transmitted documents,they still suggest the close relationship between them and medical classics like Nan Jing(《难经》Classic on Medical Problems).This article discusses the supplement,interpretation and its relationship with cited books of specific words from certain medical articles briefly,in order to analyze the profound influence of Bian Que's pulse theory from the Warring States to the early or medium phase of Western Han Dynasty,even to the medieval times.
