发酵饲料对荷斯坦奶公牛生长、消化及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:16

摘要 试验旨在探讨发酵饲料对荷斯坦奶公牛生长、消化及血清生化指标的影响。选取10头8月龄左右、健康状况良好的荷斯坦奶公牛,体重(188.5±29.5) kg,随机分为2组,每组5头,对照组饲喂基础精料,试验组饲喂混合20%发酵饲料的基础精料,玉米青贮自由采食,2组每天每头牛补饲1 kg苜蓿干草。试验期50 d,其中预试期5 d,正式试验期45 d。正式试验期内测定平均日增重、料重比,计算经济效益;最后5 d用全收粪法测定养分表观消化率;最后1 d采集血液,测定血清生化指标。结果表明:试验组平均日增重高于对照组,对照组料重比高于试验组,且差异均不显著(P>0.05);试验组干物质、粗蛋白表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)表观消化率极显著高于对照组(P<0.001);试验组血清中总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量均高于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05);试验组的毛盈利比对照组高22.8%。试验表明,发酵饲料能提高奶公牛的平均日增重、降低料重比、提高饲料利用效率、提高经济效益,有利于动物健康生长。 The study was to investigate the effect of fermented feed on growth, digestion and serum biochemical indexes of Holstein milk bulls. Ten healthy Holstein milk bulls of about 8-month-old [(188.5±29.5) kg] were randomly divided into two groups with five bulls in each group. The control group was fed with basic concentrate, and the experimental group was fed basic concentrate mixed with 20% fermented feed. Corn silage was eaten freely, and each bull in two groups was supplemented with one kg of alfalfa hay per day. The experimental period lasted for 50 days, including five days pre-trial period and 45 days trial period. Average daily gain(ADG), feed to gain ratio(F/G) and economic benefit were calculated during the trial period. Nutrient apparent digestibility was measured by total fecal collection method on the last five days. Blood sample was collected to measure serum biochemical indexes at the last day. The results showed that average daily gain of experimental group was higher than that of control group, but feed to gain ratio was opposite, and the difference was not significant(P>0.05);the apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in experimental group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05), and the apparent digestibility of NDF and ADF was extremely higher than that of control group(P<0.001);the serum total protein, albumin, globulin, urea nitrogen, total cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol of experimental group were higher than those of control group with significant difference(P<0.05);the gross profit of experimental group was 22.8% higher than that of control group. The experiment indicates that fermented feed can increase average daily gain of dairy bulls, reduce ratio of feed to gain, improve feed utilization efficiency, improve economic benefits and be also conducive to healthy growth of animals.
