摘要
提升辅导员思想政治教育亲和力是增强高校思想政治工作有效性的关键,高校辅导员在思想政治教育亲和力彰显的过程中有必要充分厘清亲和力的认知误区,并从理念遵循、关系定位以及方法实践三个维度准确把握辅导员亲和力彰显的基本原则,充分结合高校辅导员自身角色定位和工作优势,从青春力、专业力和引领力等方面探索提升思想政治教育亲和力的有效路径,进而激发出思想政治教育更强大的育人势能。
To strengthen college students’ideological and political education,the key is to increase its attraction to the students.Advisors must have understand correctly where the appeal of ideological and political education lies and what principles to abide by in the process of enhancing the effectiveness of ideological and political education.College advisors should take advantage of their role definition and job responsibilities and fully exert the power of youth,the strength of professionalism and their guiding roles in students ideological and political growth.
