疏凿饮子加减对慢性心力衰竭患者心肌重构相关因子的影响 被引量:3

Effects of modified Shuzao Drink on myocardial remodeling related factors in patients with chronic heart failure

摘要 目的:观察疏凿饮子加减对慢性心力衰竭患者心肌重构相关因子的影响。方法:将60例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组给予西医常规治疗的基础上加用疏凿饮子加减的方剂,4周治疗后,检测心肌重构相关因子血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、醛固酮(ALD)、脑钠肽(BNP)的水平,以及心脏结构的功能和改变。结果:治疗后,两组AngⅡ、ALD、BNP的水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组(P<0.01);心功能比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗的基础上加用疏凿饮子加减的方剂能延缓慢性心力衰竭患者的心肌重构的发生。 Objective: To observe the effects of modified Shuzao Drink on myocardial remodeling related factors in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment. On the basis of routine western medicine treatment, the treatment group was treated with modified Shuzao Drink, after 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of angiotensinⅡ(Ang Ⅱ), aldosterone(ALD), brain natriuretic peptide(BNP), and cardiac function and changes of cardiac structure were detected. Results: After treatment, the levels of AngⅡ, ALD, and BNP in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the cardiac function of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Adding prescriptions of modified Shuzao Drink on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment can reduce myocardial remodeling in patients with chronic heart failure.
