摘要
基于《傅青主女科》提出的"嫉妒不孕"学说,以及现代医学心理应激理论,从卵巢功能、子宫内膜容受性以及辅助生殖技术治疗结局3个方面分析现代社会心理应激增加对女性不孕症的影响,解析疏肝解郁中药在改善妊娠结局中的作用,为临床不孕症治疗提供新思路。
Based on the ’infertility due to jealousy’ theory proposed by FU Qing-zhu Nvke and the psychological stress theory in modern medicine to analyze the effect of increasing social psychological stress on female infertility from the aspects of ovarian function, endometrial receptivity and the outcome of assisted reproductive technology. The role of ’dispersing stagnated liver qi for relieving qi stagnation’ traditional Chinese medicine in improving pregnancy outcome is analyzed to provide new ideas for the treatment of infertility in clinic.
