摘要
根据当前装备故障诊断和预报中存在的问题 ,提出了用装备的故障模式、影响及危害度分析 (FMECA)和故障树分析 (FTA)信息进行故障的诊断和预报工作 ,并且给出了算法模型。FMECA和FTA是装备设计阶段用于分析其故障模式和影响、改进产品设计的方法。充分利用FMECA和FTA的信息进行诊断 ,一方面可以避免传统专家诊断和预报中故障信息缺乏的问题 ,从而提高故障诊断和预报的效率 ;另一方面 ,也可以进一步促进对FMECA和FTA研究的认识 ,从而进一步发展FMECA和FTA方法。这些模型经过专家论证证明确实可行 ,并在所研究的课题中得到了较好的应用。
To solve the problems existing in the traditional fault diagnosis and prognosis, this paper puts forward a method of FMECA (fault mode, effect and criticality analysis) and FTA (fault tree analysis) based fault diagnosis and prognosis, and gives the algorithm models. FMECA and FTA are used to analyze the mode and effect of the fault and to improve the design of equipment in the stage of the equipment design. By taking full advantages of FMECA and FTA for fault diagnosis, the lack of fault information in traditional methods can be avoided and thus the efficiency of fault diagnosis and prognosis can be raised. Morever, the FMECA and FTA can be further developed. It has been proved that these models are feasible and have been well used in real application.
