摘要
通过简要分析某火控系统的维修方式,建立了备份功能板费用与此火控系统效能的函数关系。根据实际情况,建立了在备份功能板费用一定的约束条件下火控系统的功能板(印制版)随机备件优化模型,结合遗传算法解优化问题的特点,将遗传算法引入到求解备件优化问题中来,有效地解决了这一复杂的备件优化问题,保证了此火控系统具有较高的可用度。
The functional relationship between cost of the backup functional beard and efficiency of a certain type of fire control system is established by analyzing the maintenance mode of the fire control system. A random optimizing model for spare parts of the functional board (PCB) in the fire control system was built with the limits of given cost for backup functional board. Then, genetic algorithm is used for spare parts optimization considering the advantages of GA in solving problems of optimization. This method is effective in spare parts optimization and can ensure high availability of the fire control system.
