摘要
目的 研究直缘乌头 (AconitumtranssectumDiels.)根中的生物碱成分。方法 采用pH梯度、中压柱层析、常压硅胶柱层析及离心薄层层析法。结果 分得 1 1个已知二萜生物碱 ,由光谱法分别鉴定为 :滇乌碱 (yuna conitine)、印乌碱 (indaconitine)、黄草乌碱甲 (vilmorrianineA)、黄草乌碱丙 (vilmorrianineC)、草乌甲素 (crassialineA)、膝乌碱 (geniconitine)、查斯曼宁 (chasmanine)、8-去乙酰滇乌碱 (8-deacetylyunaconitine)、塔拉萨敏 (talatisamine)、1 4 -乙酰塔拉萨敏 (1 4 -acetyltalatisamine)和chasmaconitine。结论 黄草乌碱甲和chasmaconitine是首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To isolate C 19 diterpenoid alkaloids from the residue of the Crassialine A being industrially extracted from Aconitum transsecutum Diels.METHODS The isolation method were pH gradient extraction, MPLC, chromatotron and silica column chromatography. The structures are identified on the basis of spectral data. RESULTS Eleven known C 19 diterpenoid alkaloids yunaconitine, indaconitine, vilmorrianine A, vilmorrianine C. crassialine A, geniconitine, chasmanine, 8-deacetylyunaconitine, talatisamine, 14-acetyltalatisamine and chasmaconitine were isolated.CONCLUSION Vilmorrianine A and chasmaconitine were isolated from the Aconitum transsectum Diels. for the first time.
