摘要
目的:研究剑川乌头中的二萜生物碱。方法:用硅胶柱色谱进行分离,用有机波谱学的方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了8个二萜生物碱:acoforine(1),acoforestinine(2),14-O-acetylsachaconitine(3),黄草乌碱丙(vilmorrianine C,4),黄草乌碱丁(vilmorrianineD,5),塔拉萨敏(talatizamine,6),查斯曼宁(chasmanine,7),滇乌碱(yunaconitine,8)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the alkaloids from Aconitum handelianum. Method : The column chromatographic methods were employed for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Result: Eight diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated and identified as acoforine (1), acoforestinine (2) , 14-O-acetylsachaconitine (3) , vilmorrianine C (4) , vilmorrianine D (5) , talatizamine (6) , chasmanine (7) and yunaconitine (8). Conclusion: All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
