摘要
目的:研究剑川乌头中的二萜生物碱。方法:用硅胶柱色谱进行分离,用有机波谱学的方法进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了8个二萜生物碱:acoforine(1),acoforestinine(2),14-O-acetylsachaconitine(3),黄草乌碱丙(vilmorrianine C,4),黄草乌碱丁(vilmorrianineD,5),塔拉萨敏(talatizamine,6),查斯曼宁(chasmanine,7),滇乌碱(yunaconitine,8)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective： To investigate the alkaloids from Aconitum handelianum. Method ： The column chromatographic methods were employed for the isolation and purification of the chemical constituents. The structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Result： Eight diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated and identified as acoforine （1）, acoforestinine （2） , 14-O-acetylsachaconitine （3） , vilmorrianine C （4） , vilmorrianine D （5） , talatizamine （6） , chasmanine （7） and yunaconitine （8）. Conclusion： All compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
