摘要
目的 测定口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者外血周中NK细胞数目。方法 对19例口腔癌患者及对照组11例正常清晨抽取外周血,用流式细胞仪进行分析,测定NK细胞数目。结果 肿瘤患者外周血中的NK细胞数目明显低于对照组(P<0.01);不同分化程度的恶性肿瘤患者外周血中的NK细胞数目也有显著差异。结论 外周血中的NK细胞与恶性肿瘤的生物学行为有一定的关系,对其检测,对临床具有指导意义。
Objective To study the number of NK cells in peripheral blond of patients with malignant tumor in oral and maxillofacial regions. Result The samples of peripheral blood from 19 patients with malignant tumours in oral and maxil-lofacial regions and 11 healthy persons were detected by flow cytometry. Reult The number of NK cells in peripheral blood showed significant difference (P<0. 01) between the patients with malignant tumours and the healthy persons. So did the different degeneration of malignant tumours (P<0.01). Conclusions These finds suggested that the difference of NK cells number in peripheral blood be related to the biological behaviors of malignant tumours. It also may be an important prognostic indication of malignant tumours in oral and maxillofacial regions.
