摘要
目的:探讨测定涎腺肿瘤患者外周血中NK细胞数目的临床意义。方法:分别抽取29例涎腺肿瘤患者(实验组)及健康人10例(对照组)的外周静脉血,以流式细胞仪进行检测,测定NK细胞数目,分析其临床意义。结果:涎腺恶性肿瘤患者外周血中的NK细胞数目明显低于良性肿瘤及对照组,涎腺良性肿瘤外周血中NK细胞数目与对照组相比较无明显差异。结论:外周血中的NK细胞数目与涎腺恶性肿瘤患者的发生发展有一定的关系,涎腺恶性肿瘤患者的外周血中NK细胞数值降低明显,免疫功能低下,检测其值可对涎腺肿瘤尤其是恶性肿瘤的诊断及预后判断有一定辅助作用。
Objective： To estimate the number of NK cells of 28 patients with benign or malignant tumor m salivary gland. Methods： The flow cytometry was used to detect the number of the NK cell in the peripheral blood of the patients group （with salivary gland tumor） and the health group. Results： The number of the NK cell in malignant salivary gland tumor group was lower than that in benign tumor group and the health group. Conclusion： The number of NK cells was lower in salivary malignant tumor; it is related to the beginning and development of the tumor. The number of NK cells was lower obviously in patients＇ peripheral blood with salivary malignant tumor, and at the same time the immunity function was also lower, It also may be an important diagnostic index in clinical diagnosis and treatment in salivary malignant tumor.
