摘要
蛹虫草Cordyceps militaris具有多种药用功效以及重要的经济价值,其人工培养已实现产业化,蛹虫草作为一种药食通用的虫生真菌被深入研究。从菌种选育、人工栽培技术、菌种的退化与复壮、化学成分及其药理作用、加工技术等方面概述蛹虫草的研究进展,为蛹虫草的深入研究和产业化提供思路。
Cordyceps militaris has a variety of medicinal properties,as well as important economic value,and its artificial culture has been industrialized.It has been intensively studied as a general entomopathogenic fungus with medical and edible value.This article summarized the research progress of cordyceps militaris from the selection of strains,artificial cultivation techniques,degradation and rejuvenation of strains,chemical composition and their pharmacological effects,and processing techniques,providing ideas for the in-depth research and industrialization of cordyceps militaris.
