摘要
在土壤问题日益受到关注的背景下,通过对土壤酞酸酯(PAEs)污染现状、污染来源、土壤中PAEs的危害以及PAEs积累的影响因素进行综合阐述,为PAEs类污染物的输入控制、危害消减提供一定的理论依据和技术支撑。结果表明,PAEs分布广泛,且各地区间差异较大,农膜残留是土壤中PAEs污染的主要原因。土壤中PAEs不仅会影响作物正常生理过程以及最后的产量和品质,还会对土壤中的动物、微生物和酶产生影响。土壤本身性质复杂而且处于各圈层交界处,这也使得土壤中PAEs含量相对较高。文章提出,未来还应明确PAEs管理的相关规定细则,增加PAEs研究种类,扩大调查区域,并着重筛选复合型降解微生物。
Under the background of increasing attention to soil problems,the research comprehensively expounded the pollution status,source of pollution,harm and the influence factors of accumulation of soil phthalate acid esters(PAEs),providing some theoretical basis and technical support for the input control and harm reduction of PAEs pollutants.Results showed that PAEs were widely distributed and different among regions;the residue of agricultural film was the main cause of PAEs pollution in soil.PAEs in soils not only affected the normal physiological processes of the crop,but also the final yield and quality,as well as the animals,microorganisms and enzymes in the soil.The complex nature of the soil itself and at the junction of the layers,also makes the soil PAEs content relatively high.The suggestions for the further researches were proposed,e.g.,to clarify the relevant regulations of PAEs management,to expand the kinds of PAEs research,to expand the investigation area,and to select the compound degradation microorganisms.
